Fine line KT...

We are like Lucy and Ethel... enough said.
These shots were taken this morning for an on campus portrait I had to do for class... let's just say this was kinda last minute! lol
The idea behind this was that K would look like a teacher coming or going from class with her big binder of plans, papers, tests and quizzes. We finally decided to stop and shoot in front of the early college building on campus. The role of teacher was not to far off since Kentie used to really teach at the college... only difference being she used to wear scrubs instead of fancy shirts and snazzy jackets! Heehe!
The first picture was one of the final products, but the second one was just a classic Kentie and Kt moment face, so I had to include it regardless of how extremely silly it may look when you zoom and see the look that went with:
[katie]: "why do you always look like you're laughing at me?"
[kentie]: "what do you want me to do?"
[katie]: "not look like you're laughing at me!"
[kentie]: " there is a fine line between smiling and looking like im laughing at you KT"! (then the look)
[both]: "hahahahah ahahahah hahahah heehe heehe hahahaha"

Enjoy the sillinesses of my mornings!

Baby Cub...

Curtis and I talking to some people that stopped by our tent.
Curtis and I smiling big and waiting for some more people while Nelson took pictures of us.
Close-up of my lion paint!
I just love this sequence that Nelson caught while I was giggling walking back to the tent after checking on the contents of the kettle corn across the street.

Haha....Nelson.
I got several concerned looks from various people as they walked by...
This lady and her granddaughter stopped to talk and take in my face while the grandmother tried to convince the little girl that getting your face painted was fun!
She was very impressed, but the little girl was still quite concerned. Lol
Love this...Nelson needs to be a photographer!
Me by our booth while Nelson and I were there for the last shift of the day.
This is my new friend, his family had the tent next to us selling strawberry, blueberry and blackberry cider, jams/jellies, preserves and honey all from their farm right outside of Lillington, NC.
We shared lots of laughs together today. His brother and sister are in the background giving samples of their cider...they are all really nice and we enjoyed being next to them today.
The beautiful sign Kentie and I made together.
A cooler shot of the sign K and I made!
A shot of our whole table with all the pictures and posters K and I made.
My favorite shot of the day....  ; )

All in all Nelson and I spent well over 12 hours out on the streets of our cozy little downtown Asheboro today supporting, encouraging and demonstrating what Lionism  is all about. "We Serve"
Ciao, kt  a.k.a. (Baby Cub Lioness Kt Mac)   : )
