Human Scale Project for Design Class...


Our objective... to capture human scale in whatever way we choose. I chose to shows human scale in a way that speaks a message. As I watched this print rise up out of the developer, I felt tears come to my eye as I watched two strong loving hands hold up and embrace a forming twelve week old baby. Did I capture something for you too? Let me know what you think.

I went to the Pregnancy Life Care Center in Asheboro to see if I could use the baby. The hands belong to one of the lady's that worked there. It was the first time that I had actually gone by myself without Kentie or Mom "on location" like that to get a shot that I had planned in my head. It was neat going in and having to introduce myself and explain my plan to the ladies there and then actually "directing" them in a way. I agree that the lego man idea kind of fails in comparison to this too! LOL Thanks for always checking my posts and leaving comments of encouragement, I love to hear from!
